‘Lick’ is a stunning 2000 acre estate within the heart of the Highlands. With breathtaking views across Loch Tummel surrounded by hillside with osprey, golden eagles, pine martins, grouse and red deer. Despite the privacy offered by its situation it is accessible to culture, fine dining, shopping and adventure activities. We welcome well behaved dogs and can provide safe grazing for horses.
Lick Estate provides trout fishing and sailing possibilities throughout its low ground, with meadowland and native woodlands on the approach to the heather clad hill and summits where shooting and stalking can be enjoyed. Hill lock fishing can be enjoyed on its two beautiful remote lochans, and salmon fishing is only a short drive away on the world-famous river Tay.
The estate is made up of three properties, Lick house, which sleeps 10 and two holiday cottages, Tummel and Farragon, which both sleep two. Each property can be booked via their separate pages, or if you would like to book the whole estate, or both the cottages together, please get in touch.
